During this workshop you will gain an understanding of what “Waste” means in your business.
The workshop aims to provide you with the tools to identify waste and eliminate it through root cause analysis and continuous improvement strategies.
The workshop also looks at how customers view your business and how that can impact your processes and thus impact cost.
