During this interactive 3-hour workshop, delivered in partnership with local business Green Steps Consulting, we will help you to develop sustainable development strategies for your business and look at how to fully embed them into your overall business strategy. The focus will be on sharing industry best practice and learning how to measure the effectiveness of each strategy.

Meet your trainer:

Sharon Ghouila, Green Steps Consulting

Sharon has been involved in environmental, quality, health & safety and risk management for over 21 years, having completed both a diploma and postgraduate diploma in environmental management qualifications at Cranfield University before progressing to an MSc in Management Systems Auditing at the University of Wales. Sharon went on to achieve Lead Auditor status for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and has completed well over 500 lead audits and 300 desktop audits, before moving into Corporate Health & Safety and Risk Management training.

Sharon is the founder of Green Steps Consulting, which specialises in helping companies become more effective by developing formal and informal processes to align their workflow, skills and resource usage into metrics and targets, to align them into strategic objectives.

Sharon also has fellow membership with both the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (FIEMA) and the Institute of Food Science and Technology (FIFST).
