A series of workshops organised by our team here at Velocity will help businesses across the South East Midlands to grow, exploring the possibility of attracting new investment and pursuing innovative funding routes to boost your bottom line.
The workshops launch this month and the first session, due to be held at the iCon Innovation Centre in Daventry on 12 September, will look at the topic of ‘New Ways to Finance Your Business’.
In years gone by, it was much easier to get hold of the money you needed to transform your growth plans from a dream into reality.
Despite plenty of financial belt-tightening, there are still many ways to obtain investment, which this workshop will introduce and explain how to obtain.
The workshop will help owners, directors and finance managers for whom finding the money needed to finance business expansion is proving a problem or those who would like an understanding of the options available and how to secure the funding to help them grow.
The session will focus on the various funding routes available to your business, how to become “funding ready” and how to prepare a pitch or proposal that will attract the money you need.
So whether it’s investment from your very own ‘Dragon’ that you’re after or simply finding out about the grants that might be available to you (we all like a bit of free money from time to time, don’t we?) this workshop will set you on the right path to financial growth.
