Are you the director of an established business with ambitions to scale-up?

SEMLEP’s Growth Hub have joined forces with Barclays Eagle Labs and award winning Business Strategist David Blair to facilitate a High Performance Business Clinic in Cranfield.

For each participant the clinic will comprise of a 1 hour 1-2-1 consultancy session with David during which you will examine the fundamental objectives underlying your business strategy and the principal pain points that are creating barriers to your achieving your business goals.

Following this together we will dive deeper into considering the key areas within your business and how a structured, achievable action plan can be constructed to address them.

Prior to the session all participants will be asked to complete an online assessment which will score their business in each of the seven areas that needs to be developed in order to build a high performance business culture.

Following your meeting you will receive a report detailing the output of the discussion and presenting a number of clear strategies for business growth.

Support can range from time with a business adviser, access to finance, workshops to improve skillset in certain business areas, and connections to other business acceleration organisations and schemes.

Places are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
