Organiser: The Institute of Leadership & Management
Date & Time: 21 Nov 2019 - 3:00 pm-3:30 pm
Our theme for 2019 is ‘Values’
Our speakers offer different perspectives on what we mean by ‘value’; a word used with increasing frequency in all types of organisations with many different meanings, all of importance to leadership.
Alf Rehn is a thought leader in the fields of innovation and creativity. He is professor of innovation, design and management at the University of Southern Denmark and an international strategic adviser and speaker. He has delivered nearly 1,000 keynotes worldwide, advised Fortune 500 companies and was the first westerner to keynote on innovation in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. We live in an age where we are seeing both an increasing number of wicked problems, and an increase in ‘innovation for the sake of innovation’. In his webinar, professor Alf Rehn discusses what true innovation leadership looks today, and how we can develop value-based innovation cultures. By focusing on how values can lead to impact, Professor Rehn presents both a manifesto for impactful innovation, and pragmatic steps for leaders who wish to engage with the same.Book Now
