Accredited Lean training focused on how to apply Lean principles in the real world. It applies to every kind of business, changing how you look at yourself and your organisation – businesses will be able to apply the principles and knowledge immediately to their work environment.
During the two-day course, individuals will learn to recognise waste (wasted time, wasted effort, wasted money, wasted resources) and understand the roadmap to optimise processes in a targeted manner.
On completion of this course you will achieve a certificate of participation.
