As part of our wider Cost of living support available, this interactive training, Led by MKR Solutions Ltd is suitable for business leaders and senior decision makers.
This workshops identifies how to measure your Carbon Footprint and helps understand what Net Zero means as business and why it is important to your business. You then explore how your business efficiency impacts your energy usage and how to improve the delivery of your products and services to your clients with a positive impact on your costs.
The workshop will also introduce you to the principles of process improvement and identify the meaning of “Waste” within your business. Finally we will explore how to bring your staff on the journey of continuous improvement with you.
The workshop goal is to help you build a business that can sustain the current pressures of the cost of living crisis and be stronger as a result.
