Growth Curve programme

The Growth Curve programme offered support and training for local business owners to first stabalise their business, and then strategically plan for future growth. 

Support included university-led masterclasses, 1-to-1 support from Growth Hub’s business advisers, alongside access to funding. 

Across the entire 2 year programme, SEMLEP Growth Hub 

  • Awarded £1,312,332 in matched funding for businesses 
  • Provided over 3,900 hours of business support via our business advisers 
  • Supported business in creating 124 new jobs

Recovery and Resilience Programme

The business Recovery and Resilience programme provided support to business across the South East Midlands that were affected by Covid-19. 

Business who were impacted by the pandemic could apply for funding to support their recovery, diversify their offering and strengthen their overall business performance. 

Alongside funding, Growth Hub provided 1-to-1 business support throughout the application process, along side ongoing support during the entirety of the programme. 

Across the entire 2 year programme, Growth Hub 

  • Awarded £3,577,707 in matched funding to 148 business across the region 
  • Supported the creation of over 200 new jobs 
  • Helped protect over 345 jobs at risk of redundancy 

Green Recovery and
Innovation Programme (GRIP)

The GRIP was a fully-funded programme; perfect for businesses looking to grow, improve productivity and increase the sustainability of your business in 2022.

Developed to aid reaching the government target of net zero carbon emissions by 2050, GRIP offered match funding to local businesses for projects to increase innovation levels and improve the green credentials of local businesses.

Through the programme, Growth Hub

  • Awarded £252,126 in matched funding 
  • Supported EIGHT new products to go-to-market 
  • Supported 30 SMEs across Northamptonshire
