A unique mentoring programme for organisations Northamptonshire who're looking to grow. The programme is made up of 10 mentors, including Kings Award winners, Non Executive Directors and CEOs who’ve volunteered to provide support to businesses. Your mentor will provide a fresh perspective, be a sounding board for ideas and innovation, and offer advice and guidance to help you build confidence to drive forward your business plans. We run initiatives which are aimed at sector clusters. Our dedicated Business Development Managers, our Employer and Skills team, and our Investment team work alongside our Business Advisers to assist businesses in key sectors that are prominent or growing in our area. These include businesses operating in advanced manufacturing, food and drink, innovation and high technology, logistics, cultural and creative, financial and business services, as well as initiatives with the construction, health and social care, and education sectors.
