At the Growth Hub, we have business advisers who are experienced in helping businesses at all stages of development as well as specific support programmes, a network of industry experts, useful resources and free events to help your business grow and thrive.

Our team of business advisers give business leaders and managers the opportunity to work on their business on a 1-2-1 basis. A unique mentoring programme for organisations Northamptonshire who're looking to grow. The programme is made up of 10 mentors, including Kings Award winners, Non Executive Directors and CEOs who’ve volunteered to provide support to businesses. Your mentor will provide a fresh perspective, be a sounding board for ideas and innovation, and offer advice and guidance to help you build confidence to drive forward your business plans. As part of the Growth Hub network we work with local and national, public and private sector partners such as Chambers of Commerce, FSB, universities, Enterprise Zones and banks, co-ordinating local business support and connecting businesses to the right help for their needs. We support businesses looking to expand or locate in the South East Midlands by connecting them to our network of local and national investment and business support services. Providing tailored, confidential assistance, we can:

We run initiatives which are aimed at sector clusters. Our dedicated Business Development Managers, our Employer and Skills team, and our Investment team work alongside our Business Advisers to assist businesses in key sectors that are prominent or growing in our area. These include businesses operating in advanced manufacturing, food and drink, innovation and high technology, logistics, cultural and creative, financial and business services, as well as initiatives with the construction, health and social care, and education sectors.
